Your Role: The Gatekeeper of Efficiency and Warmth

We’re looking for a Front Desk & Mailroom Coordinator who will be the first point of contact for our clients and team members. You’ll set the tone for every interaction—welcoming, professional, and empathetic—while keeping our mailroom operations running like clockwork.

What You’ll Do:

Greet clients and answer phones with warmth and professionalism.

Manage 1,000–2,000 pieces of incoming mail weekly—yes, we move fast!

Handle signature packages with precision and urgency.

Open, sort, and distribute mail (you may lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally).

Identify and document all incoming checks.

Scan and upload mail into client files.

Prepare and send marketing materials, PIP demands, and outgoing mail.

Deliver evening mail to the post office when needed.

Keep accurate records and databases.

Monitor and restock mailing supplies.

Maintain confidentiality and uphold legal standards in all mail handling.

Requirements

High School Diploma (required)

Office experience (preferred)

A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a genuine interest in the law

Strong communication and active listening skills

Detail-oriented mindset and organizational excellence

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office equipment

Time management, adaptability, and creative problem-solving

A team-first mentality and commitment to exceptional customer service
