  • Write and design concert brochures and programs that people actually want to read.
  • Help spread the word with flyers, posters, and other promo goodies.
  • Send out emails that get people excited to buy tickets, donate, or snag a T-shirt.
  • Keep our websites looking sharp and up to date.
  • Pitch in on branding and big-picture planning.
  • Apply for marketing grants (we’ll help!).
  • Survey our fans and report on what’s working (and what’s not).
  • Help with donation drives and intern recruiting.
  • Support ticket sales and box office fun.
  • Promote our merch—gift cards, tees, hats, you name it.
  • Be a friendly face at events and help guests feel welcome.
  • Tackle general office stuff, too.

What You Bring to the Table

Must-Haves:

  • Degree or darn good experience in media arts, design, marketing, or nonprofit arts management.
  • Canva and WordPress skills.
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint know-how.
  • Solid writing and editing chops.
  • Great sense of humor.
  • Social media experience that could go viral at any moment.

  • Great sales chops.
  • Fundraising proficiency.
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience.
  • Basic HTML skills.
  • AI savvy.

You’ll Fit Right In If You’re…

  • Creative and detail-obsessed (in a good way).
  • Super organized and great at multitasking.
  • Friendly, communicative, and love helping people.
  • Independent but love being part of a team.
  • Ready to roll up your sleeves and make cool stuff happen.

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • We’re all about creativity, collaboration, and community.
  • You’ll get to work on exciting projects that make a real impact.
  • We value your ideas and give you space to shine.
  • Plus, we have concerts. And merch. And fun people.
  • Good benefits.
  • Salary in the low to mid $40’s, depending on experience.

Ready to Join Us?
