Our New York Amazon team manages the full 360° business for both brands — spanning creative, analytics, operations, and strategy — and we’re seeking a talented individual to support this dynamic and fast-growing team.

Role Overview
The Amazon Intern will support the growth of our essence and Catrice businesses on Amazon, working closely with the U.S. Amazon Marketing team in our New York City office (with remote opportunities).
This role blends hands-on operational execution with strategic marketing support in a fast-paced, ever-evolving e-commerce environment. The ideal candidate is detail-obsessed, proactive, and eager to learn how beauty brands thrive on Amazon.
This is not a passive internship — you’ll be entrusted with meaningful ownership of daily tasks and projects that directly impact business performance and brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Must be based in the New York City area and available to work 2+ days per week in-office; more days encouraged as able.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree (Marketing, Business, or related field preferred).
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel (VLOOKUPs, filters, formulas), Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with or interest in AI tools (such as ChatGPT) and how they can enhance efficiency, creativity, and data analysis in an e-commerce environment.
- Understanding and enthusiasm for beauty, makeup trends, and consumer marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Amazon team in daily operations, including but not limited to product listing management, seller support cases, and customer service.
- Maintain and update reporting and analyses across both brands, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities.
- Own management of Amazon customer service inquiries and seller feedback score to uphold brand reputation and customer satisfaction.
- Optimize and troubleshoot product listings and detail pages to ensure accurate content, update seasonal attributes, and act on strategic opportunities.
- Assist in developing and implementing new product bundles, promotions, or listing strategies to drive sales growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align creative assets and promotional content with overall marketing plans.
- Develop and maintain A+ content comparison charts and cross-sell strategies that reflect brand and product positioning.
- Support quarterly and end-of-season recaps, reports, and presentations.
- Attend team meetings, take organized notes, and follow through on assigned action items.
- Communicate project progress proactively and professionally, ensuring transparency and accountability.
