  • Assist in organizing, composing, and producing professional letters and reports 
  • Compose minutes, agendas, trackers, etc., using Microsoft Office software 
  • Proofread documents ensuring grammar, spelling, format, and punctuation are correct 
  • Assist in developing capability and training presentations using PowerPoint 
  • Create professional binders for distribution to clients 
  • Perform internet searches on company and product information 
  • Assist in data entry, filing, and quality check reviews 
  • Manage the front desk / phone responsibilities 
  • Network with various departments to learn the operational functions of CTI 
  • Organize internal and external event preparations and communications, including ordering and picking up catering 
  • Monitor CTI employee and patient recruitment booth during external events  
  • Participate in community outreach activities 
  • Assist with administrative office responsibilities 
  • Mentor less tenured Research Associates and act as a resource to the team 
  • Assist with any other duties as assigned by supervisor
