Who you are:

  • You have 2-4+ years of experience in program or event coordination, stakeholder engagement, client service, consulting, or learning & development – ideally in roles that required managing many moving parts while staying calm and organized.
  • You communicate clearly – in writing and in meetings. You know when to escalate, when to problem-solve independently, and how to represent yourself professionally in front of clients and partners.
  • You’re highly organized, detail-focused, and able to keep timelines, logistics, and communications moving forward – even when working across time zones or with incomplete information. You don’t wait for direction when something needs solving; you step in, clarify, and move it ahead.
  • You're comfortable in client-facing spaces and eager to deepen your relationship management skills – building credibility through clarity, warmth, and follow-through, and serving as a trusted point person for speakers, vendors, experts, and participants.
  • You’re curious about business, leadership, and the world, and you naturally pick up context about industries, trends, and people. You’re energized by learning on the job and continuously getting better at your craft.
  • Tech-savvy; confident with Google Workspace, comfortable experimenting with AI and new platforms.
  • Able to travel at least 6-8 times a year (typically 3-10 days per trip).
  • Based in the Denver Metro area and able to work from the office at least 2 days per week.

Why join WDHB:

  • A competitive total rewards package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, unlimited paid time off, employer 401(k) match, and funding towards professional development.
  • A starting salary estimate of 47,000-54,000 USD per year, plus 2 months salary bonus, distributed quarterly, post 3-month probation period.
  • Hybrid workplace and flexible working hours. We work out of our downtown Denver office 2 days a week (usually Tu/Th).
  • Being part of an expanding entrepreneurial global company hacking the intersection of strategy, cutting-edge experiential learning, and future trends.
  • An opportunity to work with the world’s leading companies and engage with our global ecosystem of thought-leaders.
  • The opportunity for professional growth in areas beyond experience/event organization, management and delivery, including training in digital event delivery tools, content design, facilitation and public speaking, consulting, and more.
  • A dynamic and empowering work environment with an international footprint, including counterparts based globally.
