Vibe Marketer Internship (unpaid)

Role summary

We seek a technically capable creative who turns brand strategy into on‑brand content using AI and lightweight automation. The role blends copywriting, visual design, and workflow automation with n8n or Zapier to ship content faster at higher quality.

Outcomes and KPIs

Day 14
• Ship 8 reusable content templates and prompt packs
• Build 2 working automations in n8n or Zapier
• Lift median engagement on one priority channel by 15 percent

Day 30
• Reduce content cycle time by 30 percent from baseline
• Establish a thumbnail system with 5 variants per post type
• Create a living style guide and prompt library

Day 60
• Maintain 2.0x save‑to‑view on Shorts or equivalent platform metric
• Automate ingest → draft → approve → schedule with logging and QA
• Document SOPs and handoffs for scale

Responsibilities

• Produce short and long form content using AI: scripts, posts, carousels, blog drafts, voiceovers, thumbnails, and light motion
• Design visual assets with strong taste and consistency across channels
• Build and maintain automations for content pipelines, publishing, UTMing, and analytics handoff
• Set up prompt libraries and style guides for reusable outputs
• Collaborate with Growth and Ads on creative for campaigns and AB tests
• Maintain an asset system: versions, naming, briefs, and approvals

Requirements

Must have
• Working proficiency with n8n or Zapier and one image or video generation tool
• Portfolio that demonstrates visual taste and brand coherence
• Basic HTML and CSS. Comfortable with CSVs, APIs, and webhooks
• Familiar with TikTok, Reels, Shorts formats
• Strong written English and concise storytelling

Nice to have
• Figma, After Effects or CapCut, Midjourney or Stable Diffusion, ElevenLabs, Descript
• Experience building prompt chains or function calling in AI tools
• Basic SQL or Google Sheets query functions

Success metrics

• 8 templates and 2 automations shipped by Day 14
• 15–25 percent lift in baseline engagement on priority channel by Day 30
• 30 percent faster average turnaround by Day 30
• 2.0x save‑to‑view on Shorts or equivalent by Day 60

Sample projects

• AI‑assisted weekly content kit: hook ideas, 5 captions per idea, 3 thumbnail variants, call‑to‑action blocks
• n8n flow: ingest ideas from a form, draft posts, add UTMs, push to calendar, schedule to social; include JSON export and diagram
