AI Signal Research, Inc. (ASRI) is recruiting for the Test Engineering & Analysis Services contract in the Las Cruces and White Sands Missile Range, NM area.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related program/project management field or engineering
Months/Years of Experience: Five (5) years in related field.
Required Qualifications: U.S. Citizen. Must have or be able to obtain an active DoD security clearance. Must be familiar with the Patriot Missile System (PAC-3, Development Test & Evaluation documentation, Flight Test Programs) and testing of weapon systems.
Desired Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with documented experience and program subject matter expertise, standard MS Office software including MS Access, database management, and SharePoint information management.
Skills Needed: Excellent computer skills in addition to strong critical thinking abilities.
Duties: This job is one where the incumbent must make things happen with initiative and a great customer service attitude. You will work directly with the Army customer and other organizations to plan, budget, execute requirements. Incumbent will work in collaboration with the contract prime to provide technical subject matter expertise. Will lead and manage the team at WSMR in support of the US government customer. Will work on emerging and Future DoD and other weapons Systems for the Army. Interacting with coalition, allied militaries, and other guests at WSMR. Responsible for designing and executing test planning and manning requirements to validate the functionality and quality of complex Army weapons systems (primarily missile) test requirements. Will lead and manage on-site team to support component, subsystem, and system-level qualification testing workload allocations, resolve conflicts, assist with updates to milestone schedules, and ensure adequate and timely test support is available. Establishes, approves, and ensures compliance with all WSMR and Army policies and procedures including security and access monitoring. Also responsible for documentation and management/storage of data, and security assistance. May be asked to provide specialized technical editing services (including on-screen technical knowledge-based editing) in collaboration with subject matter experts. Publish and distribute documents in accordance with strict security regulations and perform archival and retrieval documentation services using standard commercial software (such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Access). You will perform other tasks needed related to support for testing and fielding equipment to operational units. Additional duties as assigned.
