Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive intern to join our People team during the Open Enrollment and year-end period for 3-4 months. This internship offers hands-on experience in benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HR operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized and eager to learn about corporate HR processes in a dynamic financial services environment.
Open Enrollment Support
- Track incoming employee questions and resolutions.
- Update and maintain the Insight Benefits page.
- Support carrier/vendor corrections and billing or reconciliation (e.g. annual disability invoice calculations).
HR Operations and Payroll Support
- Update 2026 US semi-monthly payroll schedule and coordinate payroll submission meetings.
- Review and process HR-related invoices on a weekly basis.
HR Projects and other HR admin day-to-day
- Maintain and track CVC swag inventory.
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Support the annual employee handbook review for different U.S. entities.
- Assist with HR system data migration and maintenance.
