INSIGHTS & ANALYTICS INTERN @ FaZe Media

• Location: Remote (occasional in-person collaboration in Kansas, if local)
• Duration: January 2026 - May 2026 (with a clear path to full-time conversion)
• Commitment: 30-40 hours per week during the internship, transitioning to a full-time salaried role in May/June 2026

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a driven and analytically-minded Insights & Analytics Intern to join our team in January 2026, with a direct path to a full-time Insights & Analytics Analyst role in May 2026. This is a career launchpad designed for a Spring 2026 graduate or recent graduate eager to build their career at the forefront of the creator economy and digital media landscape.

You will be embedded within our Insights & Analytics department, working alongside industry-leading mentors to transform massive amounts of cross-platform data into actionable insights that drive business decisions across FaZe Media. This role offers unparalleled exposure to the rapidly evolving world of influencer marketing, streaming analytics, and social media measurement—all while helping shape how one of the world's most influential media brands understands and leverages its data.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Extract, compile, and analyze data from various analytics platforms, including Blinkfire Analytics, Stream Hatchet, YouGov, and proprietary social media tools.
• Develop and maintain robust data collection processes to transform raw data into valuable, actionable insights.
• Manage and update recurring reports and dashboards that inform strategic decision-making across the organization.
• Create compelling data visualizations and presentations using Google Slides and Sheets, translating complex findings into clear narratives.
• Support the management of FaZe Media's data Slack channel to facilitate company-wide insight sharing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with content creators, marketers, and business development teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Senior-year student or recent graduate (Spring 2026 or recent).
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for data storytelling.
• Highly proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
• Excellent communication and data storytelling abilities.
• Detail-oriented, motivated, and eager to learn.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Blinkfire, Stream Hatchet, YouGov) preferred.
• Passion for gaming, streaming, and digital media.
