Type: Long-Term Contract
Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts (days & nights)

About the Opportunity:
Meador Staffing is sourcing top talent for a leading international chemical manufacturing company in Conroe, TX. We are seeking Chemical Quality Control Lab Technicians to join a world-class facility. This role is ideal for Chemistry or Biology graduates with hands-on lab experience who want to grow their career in chemical manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform quality control testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products

Operate and troubleshoot analytical instruments such as GC (Gas Chromatography) and ICP (Inductively Coupled Plasma)

Record, analyze, and report data accurately using lab software

Prepare reagents and standard solutions, maintaining proper documentation

Maintain lab inventory, cleanliness, and ensure compliance with safety standards

Follow internal quality systems and regulatory guidelines

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field

Familiarity with analytical instrumentation and lab software (LIMS/SAP a plus)

Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts
