Location: Circle Pines, Minnesota (Hybrid — Remote Mondays, In-Office Tue–Fri)

What You’ll Do

• Support customers with policy questions and service requests
• Assist with renewals, cancellations, and maintaining accurate records
• Help process coverages and policy updates (once licensed)
• Keep the team organized with key administrative support
• Work closely with coworkers to ensure a smooth and positive client experience

• Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
