Human Resources/Payroll Intern

The Human Resources/Payroll Intern assists the Human Resources Manager and Recruiting Coordinator with day-to-day Human Resources tasks, onboarding of summer staff, and data entry of bi-weekly payroll, as well as administratively supporting the Ministry.

Key Job Functions

  •   Accurately process online onboarding documents
  •   Run criminal background checks
  •   Complete data entry of summer staff hours for bi-weekly payroll
  •   Respond to questions regarding onboarding and payroll
  •   Maintain personnel records
  •   Complete other duties as assigned

Experience and Qualifications Requirements

  •   Commitment to the mission and ministry philosophy of SpringHill
  •   Able to work while maintaining a high level of discretion with sensitive staffing information
  •   Detail oriented and well organized
  •   Excellent typing and computer skills
  •   Completion of a minimum of one year of college preferred
  •   Human Resources or related major preferred
