Human Resources/Payroll Intern
The Human Resources/Payroll Intern assists the Human Resources Manager and Recruiting Coordinator with day-to-day Human Resources tasks, onboarding of summer staff, and data entry of bi-weekly payroll, as well as administratively supporting the Ministry.
Key Job Functions
- Accurately process online onboarding documents
- Run criminal background checks
- Complete data entry of summer staff hours for bi-weekly payroll
- Respond to questions regarding onboarding and payroll
- Maintain personnel records
- Complete other duties as assigned
Experience and Qualifications Requirements
- Commitment to the mission and ministry philosophy of SpringHill
- Able to work while maintaining a high level of discretion with sensitive staffing information
- Detail oriented and well organized
- Excellent typing and computer skills
- Completion of a minimum of one year of college preferred
- Human Resources or related major preferred
