We’re looking for a Brand Strategy & Business Development Intern to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about fashion, strategy, and how brands come to life across retail and digital, this role will give you hands-on experience in every part of the process.
What You’ll Do:
Brand Strategy:
Support research and development of brand positioning, storytelling, and identity frameworks.
Assist in preparing brand decks, presentations, and market reports.
Conduct competitive and trend analysis to inform creative and strategic decisions.
Help brainstorm ideas for campaigns, collaborations, and seasonal collections.
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and reach out to potential retail partners, boutiques, and wholesale accounts.
Assist with sales outreach materials, including line sheets and proposals.
Support pop-up activations and event partnerships from planning to execution.
Track sales data and performance insights to help shape growth strategy.
Collaborate across marketing and operations to drive new opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
A student or recent grad in Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Business, or Communications.
Deep interest in fashion branding, retail development, and entrepreneurship.
Confident communicator with a strong sense of aesthetics and storytelling.
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple projects.
Familiarity with Google Workspace; bonus points for Shopify, Notion, or Canva.
