🎯 Internship Overview

We’re seeking a creative and organized Marketing Intern to support our social media strategy and event coordination efforts. This role is ideal for a marketing major looking to gain hands on experience in a professional services environment.

🛠 Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and promoting educational seminars and client events
• Create and schedule engaging content across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
• Monitor social media analytics and suggest improvements
• Help design promotional materials (flyers, email campaigns, etc.) 
• Coordinate logistics for seminars hosted at event venues
• Support CRM updates and lead tracking from marketing campaigns
• Manage seminar email campaigns to nurture leads
• Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for outreach and branding

✅ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a 4 year university pursuing a degree in Marketing
• Strong writing and visual communication skills 
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and social media management software
• Preferred experience with AI such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot
• Detail oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
• Available to work 10 hours per week in our Grapevine, TX office

💼 Compensation Summary

Hourly Rate:

• $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications 
• Rate is competitive with local university internship benchmarks for marketing majors

Eligibility:

• Must be currently enrolled in a 4 year university pursuing a Marketing degree 
• Preference given to juniors and seniors with prior internship or project experience
