● Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition.
● Handle general office duties such as scanning, filing, mailing, and organizing incoming
documents.

● Proficiency with office equipment and technology.
● Strong organizational and time-management skills.
● High school diploma or GED required. Associate degree or bachelor’s degree preferred.
● Customer service or administrative experience preferred.
