JOB TITLE: After School Club Worker 

Are you passionate about working with children and building valuable experience in education? Hathaway Brown School is seeking enthusiastic, dependable individuals to join our After School Club. 

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Our After School Club staff members supervise students in a safe, welcoming  environment that combines imaginative free play, story time, and a daily craft. Responsibilities include guiding group activities, supporting positive behavior, and helping children stay engaged throughout the afternoon. This role offers valuable experience in classroom management and child supervision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work directly with children from Preschool through 4th Grade
• Assist with activities and enrichment programs
• Monitor and engage with children during outdoor playtime
• Help ensure a safe, positive, and welcoming environment

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Over 18 with a high school diploma or equivalent (required)
• First Aid and CPR certified
• Genuine interest in working with children
• Previous childcare or teaching experience preferred
