National Event Sales and Operations Manager

If you’re looking for a role that’s entrepreneurial, hands-on, and full of variety, this is it. As our Trade Show Sales and Operations Manager, you’ll help grow and run our national series of trade shows while supporting new business and investment opportunities.

Every day will look a little different — you might be connecting with exhibitors, planning event logistics, building marketing campaigns, managing social media, or traveling across the country to oversee show operations.

You’ll be joining a team of experienced entrepreneurs who will challenge you, teach you, and give you room to grow fast.

What You’ll Do

Trade Show Sales & Operations (Primary Focus)

Manage exhibitor and sponsor sales for our trade shows.

Build relationships with exhibitors and help them succeed at our events.

Coordinate logistics, floor plans, vendors, and event setup.

Travel nationally to 5–6 trade shows each year to manage on-site operations.

Contribute to marketing, social media, and customer engagement efforts.

Support leadership with ideas and improvements to grow the business.

M&A and Business Growth (Secondary Focus)

Support the owners’ M&A initiatives through research and analysis.

Identify and evaluate potential acquisition opportunities.

Learn the fundamentals of valuation, outreach, and deal strategy.

Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree preferred (finance, business, or marketing helpful, but not required).

Strong communicator who enjoys connecting with people and solving problems.

Organized, self-motivated, and eager to take ownership of projects.

Excited by variety — from sales and logistics to marketing and analysis.

Entrepreneurial mindset: curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new things.

Willing and able to travel for events across the U.S.

Schedule: 40 hours/week (hybrid flexibility possible, but not guaranteed)
