Position Overview:
We’re looking for a creative, motivated student to join our marketing team as a Social Media & Video Production Intern. You’ll help bring our story to life by capturing and editing short-form videos for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in marketing, storytelling, and brand development—while working directly with our Marketing Director.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, film, and edit engaging social media videos (on site, in the field, or at company events)
Support the creation of content that highlights Destructable’s people, projects, and mission
Organize and tag media files for easy access across projects
Collaborate on creative concepts for community outreach, recruiting, and project highlight videos
Assist with general marketing support (social scheduling, photography, copywriting, etc.)
Ideal Candidate:
Enrolled at Amarillo College in marketing, communications, digital media, or related field
Experience with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, etc.)
Strong storytelling and communication skills
Reliable, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Interest in sustainability or renewable energy is a plus
