Hi there,

Faulk and Winkler is hiring an Administrative Intern to join our growing team and help our firm run as smoothly as possible.

As an Administrative Intern at Faulk and Winkler, you will provide an invaluable service to our administrative team and the firm as a whole, while learning valuable skills in several different aspects of management.

Things You’ll Do

  • Front Desk Support
    • Provide backup to the receptionist when she is unable to be at the front desk
    • Various administrative errands and tasks
  • Client Management
    • New Client Setup
    • Client relationship building
  • Document and Mail Management
    • Workpaper cleanup
    • Filing of paper 8879 documents
    • Scheduling document pickups
    • Tax notice filing
    • UPS labeling/shipping

 

About You

  • You have customer service experience or are a college student looking for a new opportunity. 
  • You have a high school diploma.

  • You are a quick thinker, and never stop working to improve the service you provide. Finding a way is one of the most important characteristics of someone who would hold this position.
