Retail Sales Associate

Infinite Reach is seeking energetic and outgoing individuals to join our North Tonawanda retail team! As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll represent our telecommunications client's brand in-store—helping customers explore services, answering questions, and connecting them with the best plans to fit their lifestyle.

This in-person position is perfect for someone who enjoys face-to-face interactions, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow their skills in sales, communication, and customer service.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers, learn about their needs, and recommend personalized telecommunications services.
• Explain and demonstrate our client's products and services clearly and confidently.
• Generate sales. 
• Stay current on the latest products, promotions, and telecommunications trends.
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism to ensure a positive experience.
• Collaborate with your team to reach sales goals and maintain a fun, engaging atmosphere.

What We’re Looking For

• Self-driven attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience is helpful but not required—training provided!
