Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Prospect for new business opportunities within your assigned Phoenix territory
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client challenges and goals
- Present customized technology solutions that solve real problems
- Build and maintain relationships with business decision-makers
- Manage your sales pipeline and meet monthly activity and revenue goals
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless client implementation

- Months 4-12: Hit monthly quotas consistently, build your territory, earn $50K-$70K total compensation
- Year 2 and beyond: Top performers earn $100K+ while advancing into larger territories or leadership roles
