The Opportunity: Client Success Manager

This is a central role where you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction. While the title is "Client Success Manager," this is not a management position over internal staff. Instead, you will manage client relationships and our online presence. We have a flat organizational structure where every team member's voice is heard, and everyone wears multiple hats. You will have the autonomy to make decisions and the support of a collaborative team.

What You'll Do:

  • Nurture Existing Client Relationships: Serve as the main contact for account updates, subscription/payment inquiries, and general support.
  • Drive Client Success & Growth: Proactively identify opportunities to upsell services that bring additional value to our clients.
  • Onboard & Educate New Clients: Conduct in-depth online demos and training for prospective clients, showcasing how our solutions meet their needs.
  • Amplify Our Brand: Manage and grow our social media accounts (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook) by creating engaging content, interacting with our community, and promoting our services.
  • Be a Problem-Solver: Use your critical thinking to troubleshoot issues, finding solutions that leave clients feeling heard and valued. We empower you to "be the boss" in resolving customer matters.
  • Be a Team Player: Collaborate remotely with our talented team and represent VCG at our annual trade show (the International Sign Association Expo).
  • Optional Sales Path: If you're interested, there is an opportunity to earn commissions on new sales, though this is not the primary focus of the role.

Technical Environment:

You'll be working daily with: Office 365 (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint), Basecamp, and Zendesk.

  • Hourly Rate: $25/hour (approx. $52,000+ annually)
