FusionSite Services Safety & Compliance Data Analytics Internship Program
Throughout the course of the FusionSite Services Safety & Compliance Data Analytics internship, you will collaborate with stakeholders across operations, risk, HR, fleet, and safety to provide analytical insights and tools that enhance compliance performance and drive proactive safety initiatives. A primary focus of your role will be hands-on learning by contributing to the collection, consolidation, and analysis of safety and compliance data, supporting continuous improvement efforts, and strengthening data visibility across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for data-savvy students with a strong interest in safety analytics, compliance management, and operational excellence.
Participants will be assigned to perform select work based on the needs of the organization, but consistent with ensuring each intern receives a well-rounded exposure to the safety and compliance operations of an entrepreneurial start-up experiencing a rapid scaling of operations through both organic and acquisitional growth. In addition, participants will be exposed to other areas of the Shared Services Center, including, but not limited to, IT, Risk, HR, Operations, and Finance.
Participant Profile
Participants must be at least 18 years of age, sophomores or higher, with priority given to junior and senior-level applicants. They must also be enrolled in and actively pursuing a minimum of a bachelor’s degree or higher in Safety, Environmental Health, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Strong academic performance and well-rounded experience required. Previous experience working with data analysis, safety management systems, or compliance operations is helpful.
Willing and able to work at least 20 hours per week while attending school or at least 40 hours per week while on summer break.
