GWx Communications and Marketing Support Intern – Global Workplace Experience

Malvern, PA (The stunning Vanguard campus!)

Internship Term

May 26th, 2026 through July 30th, 2026

Pay Rate

$38/hour (Competitive and rewarding!)

Work Schedule

Standard working hours, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Flexibility

Hybrid Schedule: Monday/Friday = Work-From-Home (WFH); Tuesday-Thursday = On-site

 

Your Mission: What You'll Be Doing

You won’t be fetching coffee; you’ll be a core member of the team, tackling projects that directly influence how the entire workforce experiences their day-to-day environment.

Be the Voice: Strategically create and deliver internal communications across diverse channels—from impactful emails and eye-catching digital signage to compelling intranet posts and essential training guides. You'll ensure every GWx team member is connected, informed, and ready for action.

Build the Hub: Play a critical role in the development and content creation for the GWx SharePoint site. This is your chance to use data management and marketing principles to build a powerful digital resource from the ground up.

Lead the Transformation: Help prepare and communicate a major initiative: the transition to neighborhood seating. You will develop the critical materials that ensure a smooth, positive transition for all crew members across the enterprise.

Serve as a Scout: Actively monitor internal channels to gather real-time feedback and sentiment on GWx services, turning insights into actionable communication strategies.

Amplify the Message: Develop high-impact toolkits and materials that empower divisional communicators to successfully disseminate GWx messaging enterprise-wide.

Jump In: Attend key Communications and Marketing strategy meetings, providing essential support and mastering the art of the minute-taking process.

 

Are You Our Next GWx Communicator?

We’re looking for someone who is ready to hit the ground running and make a visible contribution in a fast-paced corporate environment.

 

Must-Haves:

A natural aptitude or formal training in Communications.

Exceptional writing skills with the ability to tailor your voice for different audiences and communication mediums (digital, print, instructional).

A proven ability to successfully multi-task and manage a diverse portfolio of projects simultaneously.

Confidence and comfort interacting with crew members, managers, and stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

 

Bonus Points:

Experience or strong interest in graphic design tools like Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign.
