Standard working hours, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Flexibility
Hybrid Schedule: Monday/Friday = Work-From-Home (WFH); Tuesday-Thursday = On-site
Your Mission: Strategic Design & Impact
You won't just file papers—you’ll be a core contributor, gaining hands-on experience in strategic planning, corporate change management, and project delivery that elevates the crew experience worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Elevate the Experience: Dive into the Workplace Strategy by designing and managing initiatives that directly improve employee satisfaction and productivity.
Build the Blueprint: Help evolve our global design standards. You'll research industry trends, assess enterprise culture, and define the future of our office layouts, site master plans, and corporate branding alignment.
Be a Trusted Advisor: Cultivate deep relationship capital by partnering with senior business leaders (MD-1's) to understand their operational needs and act as a strategic consultant for GWx.
Drive Big Picture Strategy: Provide crucial support for major Strategic Functions, including the Net Favorable Score campaign, real estate entry/exit due diligence, and long-range capital planning.
Champion Change: Act as a value creator by supporting client campaigns, facilitating knowledge transfer, and establishing feedback loops that drive continuous improvement in the workplace.
What You Bring to the Table
We are seeking a future leader who is eager to merge their foundational knowledge with real-world strategic execution.
The Ideal Candidate Has:
Current Enrollment: You are an undergraduate student in Architecture, Interior Design, Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, or Facilities Management.
A Strategic Mindset: Strong analytical skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset are essential for tackling complex workplace challenges.
Executive Presence: Excellent communication skills and the ability to confidently present to leaders and team members, both virtually and in-person.
Organizational Mastery: Exceptional research and organizational skills to manage complex, multi-faceted projects.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Familiarity with corporate change management or human-centered design principles.
Experience with design applications like Adobe Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign) and/or AutoCAD.
An interest or familiarity with emerging AI applications (like Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT) for research and creative ideation.
