- Work Schedule Standard hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST)
- Work Model Hybrid (On-site Tuesday-Thursday; Work From Home Monday/Friday)

What You'll Be Doing: Primary Responsibilities
Â
- As an Engagement Coordinator Intern, you'll provide critical support to the Engagement management team by acting as a bridge between the business and the workplace experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): You'll help build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external project stakeholders, ensuring proactive and clear communication across various groups.
- Knowledge Transfer & Strategy: Work closely with business leaders to understand requirements, then help communicate business strategies and objectives back to the GWx team and partners.
- Strategic Functions Support: Assist in enabling large-scale enterprise functions, such as the Net Favorable Score campaign, capital project intake processes, and communications for new real estate entries/exits.
- Executive Presentation Support: Support Engagement Leads by preparing and polishing both internal and external presentations for senior leaders.
- Research & Insights: Dive into research to capture and summarize emerging industry trends and best practices in workplace strategy and real estate.
- Data & Analytics: Use your proficiency in data management to help translate complex information into simple, clear, and actionable insights.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)
- Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to clearly articulate ideas, both verbally and in writing.
- Presentation Confidence: The ability to confidently and effectively present to leaders and team members virtually and/or in-person.
- Research & Organization: Substantial research and organizational skills—you're a master at synthesizing information.
- Tech Savvy: Strong familiarity with relevant computer programs, including the Microsoft Office suite and Teams. Experience with data visualization tools is a major plus!
- Data Proficiency: Demonstrated data management and analytics proficiency to help interpret and communicate findings.
- Independence: The ability to successfully complete assignments independently and manage your time effectively across multiple tasks.
