Position Overview

We’re looking for a motivated and driven Entry-Level Project Manager to join our expanding telecom division. This role is designed for individuals eager to learn the full spectrum of sales operations, project management, and team leadership. You’ll start by mastering customer acquisition and sales strategies before progressing into managing live telecom projects and leading small teams.

What You’ll Learn and Do

• Sales Development:
• Learn the foundations of customer acquisition, client engagement, and closing strategies within the telecommunications sector.
• Project Management:
• Assist in organizing and executing sales campaigns, managing timelines, and tracking performance metrics.
• Leadership Training:
• Gain hands-on experience in leading a small team, training new representatives, and ensuring project goals are met.
• Recruitment & Team Development:
• Support the recruitment and onboarding process by identifying top talent and assisting in their development.
• Client Relations:
• Work closely with clients to ensure service quality, communication, and project satisfaction.
