Compensation: $60,000–70,000 USD per year (Base Pay + Uncapped Commission + Bonus Opportunities)

About the Role:

As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you’ll be on the front lines representing top-tier retail clients, connecting with customers face-to-face, and building meaningful relationships that drive results. What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate in daily team strategy sessions
  • Engage directly with customers in retail environments
  • Build rapport and help customers find the right solutions
  • Support client campaigns through direct sales and outreach
  • Represent our clients with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
  • 1–2 years of customer service, retail, or related experience
  • A strong desire to learn, grow, and take on new challenges
  • Confidence, professionalism, and excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in sales or marketing is a plus — but we’ll train the right candidate
