JUNIOR DATA ANALYST

ALBANY, NY

Fusco Personnel is searching for a Data Analyst to join our client’s growing team — someone who’s as comfortable diving into complex datasets as they are presenting insights to internal stakeholders. You’ll play a critical role in shaping business strategy, improving product experiences, and streamlining operations by leveraging data, AI tools, and API integrations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or related field (Will consider experience in lieu of formal degree)
  • 2+ years in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with ETL tools/pipelines
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
  • Experience working with APIs and RESTful services
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift)
  • Familiarity with AI/ML tools (e.g., Python, scikit-learn, OpenAI APIs)
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Hands-on experience with ETL tools (e.g., Matillion, FME, AWS Glue)
  • Exposure to mobile/web analytics platforms
  • Understanding of data governance, compliance, and version control

 

Salary: $50-65k
