ICQA Specialist

We have an immediate job opening for the ICQA (Inventory Control and Quality Assurance) position.

Job content

1. Understand and participate in specific frontline work
2. Assist in solving abnormal operations of each warehouse
3. Specific daily work:
   1. Return goods and make up for leaks - deal with the filling process according to the actual inventory situation to see if there are any wrong labeling or missed labeling
   2. Warehouse inventory - inventory maintenance, submit out-of-stock to customers before order out-of-stock events occur, and reduce warehouse compensation losses
   3. Warehouse area request - customers have abnormal demands for goods in the warehouse, such as changing labels
   4. KA abnormal docking - the abnormal situation in the warehouse is docked to our customer service, which is equivalent to docking with customers
   5. Cooperate with the progress of the warehouse project and supervise 5S.
   6. Strictly implement SOP
   7. Correct field errors
   8. Weekly on-site situation report separately
4. Need to be able to drive OP forklift (basic)
5. Can accept simple reply messages and other work after work

Job requirements

1. Proficient in using Microsoft Office/WPS
2. Deep research and learning of WMS warehousing system--may be multiple systems
3. Communication in both Chinese and English is barrier-free, willing to have in-depth communication with frontline employees.
4. Able to accept warehouse rotation work--may replace frontline employees when needed

Wage: 24/h -28/h
