Job Opening: Sales Supervisor – Furniture Industry

📍Position Overview:

We are a company in the furniture industry seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor with a strong background in furniture sales and wholesale distribution.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain wholesale sales partnerships with furniture stores and other retail clients. Develop sales strategies and drive performance to meet targets. Coordinate effectively between internal teams and clients to ensure smooth operations. Gather market feedback and adjust sales tactics accordingly

Requirements:

Proven experience in the furniture industry, with a strong understanding of wholesale and retail partnerships. Solid knowledge of wholesale business operations and hands-on channel experience. Bilingual in Mandarin and English preferred; English-only acceptable if you bring a well-developed sales network. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with problem-solving ability. Flexible with working hours and travel requirements. Candidates with an existing client base will be given priority

Compensation:
Salary negotiable, based on experience and qualifications. Competitive sales commission structure offered
