We’re looking for driven, outgoing individuals who want to learn how to recruit, sell, and grow into full-cycle Recruiters or Account Managers within 12-18 months.
What You’ll Do
Engage with candidates on LinkedIn, job boards, and social platforms
Assist recruiters in sourcing and screening technical talent
Communicate with clients and candidates to support open roles
Learn ATS/CRM tools, Boolean search, and AI-powered recruiting workflows
Shadow senior recruiters and participate in sales outreach campaigns
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for technology, staffing, or sales
Self-starter mindset — curious, persistent, and goal-oriented
Students or recent grads in Business, HR, Communications, or related fields
