Immigration Attorney

A boutique immigration and family law firm located in the heart of Washington, DC is looking for a motivated attorney to join its practice. The selected candidate will draft motions and legal briefs, review immigration questionnaires, manage an assigned number of cases and keep track of deadlines for filings and court hearings. He/she will be responsible for accompanying clients to USCIS, Immigration and State Courts, participate in client consultations, and filing documents with USCIS and various Maryland and DC Courts.

Qualifications: 

College Degree

Law degree from and accredited institution. 

2 years of experience in immigration or family law are preferred. 

Knowledge of a foreign language is a plus. 

Law firm experience is a plus.

Admission to the Maryland bar preferred. Admission to any U.S. state or the District of Columbia is required
