Pay: From $90,000 per year + commission
Location: Sunrise, Florida or Remote

We’re looking for a driven, high-energy Partnership Sales Associate who’s ready to own the sales game in one of the fastest-growing outdoor tech categories. You’ll be building revenue-driving partnerships across adventure, subscription, satellite, and outdoor lifestyle brands, putting our product directly in the hands of explorers everywhere.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the Partnership Pipeline: research, connect, and close deals with outdoor, travel, telecom, and subscription partners.
  • Design Creative Partner Programs: from bundles and affiliate models to corporate packages and member benefits.
  • Launch and Scale Partnerships: build onboarding playbooks, training tools, and go-to-market strategies that drive revenue.
  • Track and Report Performance: manage your pipeline, forecast partner-driven subscriptions, and report results with precision.
  • Win Big and Grow Fast: close new opportunities, build recurring revenue, and help shape the future of our channel strategy.

You Are

  • A natural closer who loves the thrill of the chase and lives to hit (and beat) goals.
  • A recent (0–2 years) graduate with a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
  • Have some exposure or strong interest in partnerships, sales, or business development. You’re eager to build real-world skills fast.
  • Known for drive, grit, and curiosity. You’re tech savvy, engaged in using AI and know how to figure things out and make things happen.
  • A strong communicator, clear, confident, and persuasive in writing and in person.
  • Coachable and resilient. You see feedback as fuel and don’t let rejection slow you down.
  • Someone with evidence of results. Through internships, side projects, student organizations, or leadership roles.
  • Motivated, entrepreneurial, and excited to work directly with senior leadership in a high-growth company.

  • You identify, pursue and activate multiple partners within your first 120 days.
  • Partner-driven revenue and subscriptions grow steadily under your leadership.
  • You bring creative ideas that directly influence company strategy.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: From $90,000 per year
  • Bonus/commission: Uncapped earning potential
