The Role
Canvasser / Appointment Setter
Commission-Only | Uncapped Earnings | Roofing, Siding, Windows, Gutters & Doors

What You’ll Do
- Neighborhood Outreach: Conduct energetic door-to-door canvassing in assigned Chicagoland suburbs to identify homeowners interested in exterior remodeling services.
- Lead Qualification: Engage homeowners with clear, friendly communication to introduce our company, discuss their exterior needs, and schedule appointments for our sales representatives.
- Appointment Setting: Secure high-quality, confirmed appointments for sales team members to perform in-home consultations, inspections, and estimates.
- Brand Representation: Present a professional, trustworthy image at the door—building rapport and promoting our 5-star reputation in every interaction.
- Territory Management: Track visits, leads, and appointments in our CRM to ensure efficient follow-up and accurate reporting.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, optimize door routes, and hit daily/weekly lead goals.

You Are

- A persuasive communicator who builds trust quickly.
- Self-driven, organized, and great at juggling multiple jobs.
- Door-to-door or direct sales experience is a plus (training provided).
- Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation required.
- Construction/roofing familiarity is helpful, not mandatory.
