A company in the Fairfield County area is hiring for an Administrative / Personal Assistant! This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys supporting operations, improving processes, and assisting leadership in a growing small business environment.
About the Role
The Administrative / Personal Assistant will work directly with the business owner to support daily operations, manage scheduling and communication, and assist with documentation and reporting. This role will help maintain company organization, support the use of AI tools for reporting, and assist with social media coordination. The position offers a hybrid schedule, working part of the week on-site in Stamford and part remotely.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Manage administrative tasks such as phone calls, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Coordinate appointments, inspections, and meetings.
- Maintain and organize calendars, digital files, and documentation.
- Prepare and organize reports and summaries related to assessments and inspections.
- Support the use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to improve reporting and workflow efficiency.
- Assist in documenting and implementing office processes and procedures.
- Help manage company social media updates and postings.
- Coordinate with team members and follow up on assigned tasks.

- Annual Salary: $40,000 starting salary
- Hybrid schedule: 2–3 days on-site in Stamford, CT; remainder remote

Requirements:
- 1-2 years in an administrative or assistant role (Fresh grads or new career transitions are welcome)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
