Jr. Project Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager located in Flemington, NJ. We are seeking a Jr.  Project Manager. This role requires strong leadership and problem solving abilities, along with some knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and utility systems to ensure projects are completed safely, on time and within budget.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive plans, timelines, and resource allocations for utility projects.
• Oversee project costs, manage budgets, and control expenses to ensure the project stays within financial limits.
• Manage and supervise internal crews, contractors, and consultants to ensure quality work and on-time completion.
• Handle the selection of contractors, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the timely procurement and tracking of necessary materials.
