Customer Service & Sales Representative

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Answer incoming calls and provide helpful, accurate information about our services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the best pest control solutions or protection plans.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads from incoming calls, online inquiries, and referrals.
• Upsell additional services or upgrades when appropriate to enhance customer protection.
• Assist customers in setting up new accounts and renewing existing service agreements.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments efficiently and accurately.
• Communicate with technicians, field staff, and the sales team to coordinate customer needs.
• Listen to customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed customer records and update account information as needed.
• Contribute to team goals by meeting or exceeding sales and customer service metrics.
• Support administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in customer service and/or sales—call center experience a plus.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to build rapport, handle objections, and close sales professionally.
• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and open to learning new software.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a drive to succeed.
