Marketing Co-op - Winter/Spring 2026

Winter/Spring Marketing Co-Op – Paid, Full-Time Location: Sidney Office | 5 days/week | 40 hrs/week

Bring your creativity to life this Winter/Spring with Ferguson Construction, a trusted and rapidly growing leader in the commercial building industry. As a paid, full-time Winter/Spring Marketing Co-Op, you'll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing functions-helping us tell our story, connect with our audiences, and showcase the work of our talented team.

You'll work closely with our Creative Services Manager and Marketing & Communications Manager, building skills in content creation, design, social media management, event planning, and market research-all while contributing fresh ideas that help our brand shine. We're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive team player who's comfortable using Adobe Creative Suite and eager to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop marketing materials such as social media posts, website copy, and promotional content.
  • Photography/Videography: Capture progress photos and videos on job sites.
  • Design Support: Create PowerPoints, social graphics, internal communications materials, and assist with RFP layouts and large-scale signage.
  • Promotional Products: Research, order, and distribute branded promotional items under the direction of the Creative Services Manager.
  • Social Media Support: Write copy, edit reels, and track trends to grow our online presence.
  • Event Planning: Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events.
  • Market Research: Analyze industry trends and identify marketing opportunities.
  • Administrative Tasks: Support data entry, report generation, and marketing file management.

Required Skills:

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience in content development (social media experience preferred)
