What You’ll Do

As the Accounts Payable Specialist, you’ll handle all aspects of the company’s payables process and ensure invoices and vendor payments are processed accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities include:

Review, match, and enter vendor invoices into QuickBooks Online

Verify proper coding, approvals, and documentation for all invoices

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing or payment discrepancies

Process weekly check runs, ACH payments, and credit card transactions

Maintain accurate and organized files for all payables and related documents

Communicate with vendors to answer questions, provide payment status, and build positive relationships

Assist with month-end closing and support accounting team as needed

Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments and compliance with company policies

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years of recent Accounts Payable experience

QuickBooks Online experience (required)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Professional communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude

Schedule & Compensation

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

On-site in Flemington, NJ

$25/hour | Temp-to-Hire
