Acquisitions Manager

This Acquisitions Manager role isn’t for someone chasing comfort. It’s for the one who wakes up hungry. The one who wants to work 12+ hour days. The one who lives to solve hard problems and refuses to let opportunity pass them by.

You’ll be the front line of our business—meeting with motivated sellers, earning trust, uncovering real problems, and closing deals under pressure. You’ll face resistance. You’ll face chaos. But you’ll also build something most people will never touch—true skill, confidence, and freedom.

 

Responsibilities

  • Call and close leads coming into our pipeline
  • Build deep trust with homeowners in difficult situations
  • Present offers with confidence and close deals with conviction
  • Negotiate creative solutions (cash, novation, seller finance, etc.)
  • Master our CRM—every conversation, every offer, tracked with precision
  • Work 12+ hour days, and some weekends when needed —because greatness isn’t built part-time
  • Maintain 3+ hours of daily talk time and close 1+ contract per week minimum
