About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, people-driven Branch Manager to lead our Winston-Salem operation. This individual will oversee all daily activities of the branch — from technician performance and customer satisfaction to operational efficiency and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a confident leader who thrives on building strong teams, creating accountability, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership: Direct and oversee all branch operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability.
Team Management: Supervise, coach, and evaluate a team of 25–35 technicians and support staff.
Recruiting & Training: Identify, hire, and onboard new team members. Deliver consistent training and mentorship to maintain performance standards.
Customer Service Excellence: Handle customer escalations and field inspections to ensure complete satisfaction and uphold brand standards.
Scheduling & Coordination: Manage daily schedules, routing, and workload balancing to optimize technician efficiency.
Performance Metrics: Monitor and manage KPIs including Revenue per Hour (RPH), Add-On Average, Sold-to %, Redo Rate, Quality Score, and Cancellation %.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce company policies, safety protocols, and cleanliness standards for all equipment and vehicles.
Reporting & Accountability: Report weekly results and progress to the Director of Operations; participate in regional meetings and performance reviews.
Minimum Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Management, or related field).
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams, and scheduling systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership ability, team motivation, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
Experience in service management, operations, or team leadership is preferred but not required. We’re willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong leadership potential.

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $60,000–$90,000 annually (based on experience)
