Montana Council Scouting America Summer Camps are seeking staff for our camps, K-M Scout Ranch (near Lewistown, Montana) and Camp Melita Island (near Polson, Montana). Montana Council provides a summer camp experience for youth, creating a culture of safety and fun. We aim to provide an enjoyable and meaningful camp experience for Scouts, Adult Leaders, and Staff.
Our camp has the following work dates for the 2026 season:
- K-M Scout Ranch: June 23rd- August 3rd
- Camp Melita Island: June 23rd- August 10th
Business Manager: Responsible for maintaining the camp finances and budgets, including assisting to supervise the camp’s store. Business manager is responsible for the money management of the camp. Other responsibilities include registration paperwork and records, purchase orders/receipts/reimbursements, bank deposits, and assisting the administration with camp evaluations. Assists with collecting photos and videos from staff and camp participants in an online album, uses these images to post to the camp's social media. Reports to the Camp Director.
