Role Overview
We’re seeking a driven and relationship-focused Key Account Manager to oversee one of our most critical OEM accounts. This outside sales role is ideal for someone who thrives on customer engagement, operational coordination, and strategic account development.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at the assigned OEM account
- Understand and anticipate customer needs, translating them into actionable plans
- Serve as the primary liaison between the customer and our Operations team in Pella
- Ensure customer expectations are clearly communicated and consistently met
- Monitor account performance and proactively address any service gaps
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize delivery, quality, and responsiveness
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in industrial distribution or manufacturing sales
- Proven success managing large OEM accounts
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals
- Comfortable in a hybrid work environment with regular travel to Customer and Operations site
