Human Resources Internship

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with HR and Hiring Managers to facilitate the company’s internship program and serve as the primarily liaison to Interns and Hiring Managers during the duration of the program.
  • Provide support to all interns to ensure a successful internship experience.
  • Organize and participate in lunch and learn events and intern social activities.
  • Contribute ideas and solutions to enhance the overall internship program.
  • Facilitate the completion of mentor and intern feedback throughout the program.
  • Coordinates construction management’s final intern presentations.
  • Conduct program evaluations and summarize feedback and recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Provide the HR Team with support on projects and programs of a diverse scope in the HR function.
  • Assist with recruitment by participating in job fairs, requisition management, screening resumes and candidates, and interview coordination.
  • Support intern and employee engagement initiatives and activities; participate in the Engagement Committee, assist with company event planning and execution.
  • Assists with record-keeping and auditing to support HR compliance.
  • Conduct research on workplace and employment law trends, policies, and compliance.
  • Support HR team members with learning and development initiatives.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree preferably in human resources management, labor and industrial relations, or a related discipline.
  • Completion of Sophomore year from an accredited university.
  • Available beginning April of 2026.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
