Position Overview:
We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Sales Floor Associate to join our team! The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion, thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, and have strong attention to detail. You’ll assist customers, maintain store presentation, and ensure every shopper leaves with a great experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service and build genuine connections with shoppers.

Assist customers with product selection, fitting rooms, and checkout.

Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor.

Handle merchandise — including tagging, restocking, and organizing inventory.

Process transactions accurately using the POS system.

Support the team with store upkeep and consignment operations as needed.

Qualifications:

Retail experience strongly preferred.

Must be available during weekday hours and some Saturdays (closed Sundays).

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer software.

Team-oriented attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fashion-focused environment.
