
Account Executive
Cartwright International is a CPG brokerage firm that helps small and midsize brands grow by connecting them with top retailers across food, beverage, personal care, and wellness categories. We work with some of the most innovative products in the market and partner with major national and regional retailers.
About the Role:
We’re looking for motivated, detail-oriented recent graduates to join our Client and Retail Customer Management team. As an Account Executive, you’ll support our brand partners and retail customers through day-to-day account management, sales coordination, and project execution. You’ll work closely with our leadership team to help drive retail programs, support brand growth, and learn the full sales process within the consumer packaged goods industry.
What You’ll Do:
Support the management of client and retailer accounts.
Assist with sales presentations, promotions, and product launches.
Conduct category and market research to identify new opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
Track performance and help maintain CRM/sales reports.
Learn retail relationship management and CPG sales strategies firsthand.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Interest in retail, brand management, or CPG sales.
