Accounting/Purchasing Coordinator – Torrance (Bilingual in Mandarin)

Position Summary:
Office equipment wholesaler/distributor in Torrance is looking for Accountant to handle general accounting and full cycle accounts payable. This position will also be responsible with purchasing duties including Sales/Purchase Order, coordinate PO inquiries, and document process
Responsibilities:
• Process AP invoice related to office expenses; Examine and monitor expenses for accuracy
• Reconcile bank accounts
• Assist with month end closing by preparing journal entries, accruals, and assist reports to management
• Inventory review and reconciliation
• Sales Order / Purchase Order processing
• AR/AP invoice posting and maintain documentation
• Coordinate PO, shipping, or logistics inquiries with supplier, client, and internal team
• Verify, input, and maintain pricing information accurately.
• Update purchase orders and systems promptly to reflect any changes and ensure accuracy.
• Other accounting and administrative duties as needed
Qualification and Required Experience:
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business-related field.
• Proficient in in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet skills preferred
• Knowledge of general accounting for ledger recording and reconciliation
• Accurate and attention to detail; able to prioritize tasks with time management
• Bilingual in Mandarin is preferred
• Experience with ERP system (SAP) is a plus
• Wholesale, distributor, or E-commerce related industry experience
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship
Compensation: $20 - $26 per hour (Salary negotiable based on experience)
