What is the Leadership Development Program?

About Supply Chain at Clemens:
At Clemens Food Group, our Supply Chain team keeps our business and our customers moving. They serve as the critical link between our farms, production facilities, and the families who depend on us. From planning and purchasing to scheduling, warehousing, and transportation, the team ensures that fresh, safe, high-quality pork products reach the right place at the right time.
In the Supply Chain Leadership Development Program, you will gain hands-on experience across these functions, learning how to solve complex challenges, forecast demand, optimize inventory, reduce waste, and deliver meaningful impact every day.
What Makes This Program Different:
- Customizable Rotations: While you will experience core areas of the supply chain, we adapt the schedule to your skills and interests to maximize learning.
- Collaborative and Cross-Functional: You will work alongside experts from operations, engineering, FSQA, sales, and more, meeting new people and expanding your network daily.
- Learning Beyond the Desk: Monthly cohort learning sessions, farm and feed mill tours, plant visits, and team engagement activities provide a well-rounded understanding of the business and our culture.
