About Sales & Marketing at Clemens Food Group

At Clemens Food Group, our Sales and Marketing teams connect the farm to the family table. Together, they drive growth, strengthen customer partnerships, and share the story behind our products and purpose. The Sales team focuses on building lasting relationships with retail, food service, and distribution partners, ensuring our high-quality pork products meet the needs of customers across the country. Meanwhile, the Marketing team brings insights to life, translating market trends, consumer behavior, and brand strategy into actions that move our business forward.

In the Sales & Marketing Leadership Development Program, you will gain hands-on experience across both functions, learning how to manage customer accounts, analyze market performance, and contribute to new product launches and category strategies.
